1890 Scottish Big Kilt Silver Enamel Pin Brooch Armorial Regiment X Crown Badge

Big round badge in fine sterling silver with cobalt blue enamel decoration. Featuring hand engraved decoration and Celtic knots in cobalt blue enamel. In the center tiered mount, big X in enamel and Royal crown with engraving decoration. In my opinion military armorial badge.

No silver markings but professionally inspected and responding for sterling silver. Pin back with C closure. Tne back pin only not silver, made of white metal alloy for more durability. Originate from private collection in Valetta, not sure for its exactly history other than it came from an estate of a world traveler and antiques collector. Excellent preserved, must have at any collection.
