Antique Victorian Scottish Lovers Knot Brooch with Cairngorm Stones, Bloodstone, Malachite, and Agate - The knot is sterling silver base with an intricate engraving of grains and scroll patterns throughout - Center has 3 large facetted oval cairngorm or citrine stones, center measures 14mm x 11mm, the other two measure 12mm x 9mm - Inset in the edges of the knot are 4 stones: 1 bloodstone, 1 agate, 1 lacy grey montrose agate, and one malachite - Pin measures 2" x 1.4" - Long pin, C close - Very old piece, in good condition with no repairs seen, surface scratching and a few flea-bites on the cairngorm stones - Silver shows heavy patina, estate find has not been cleaned.
