Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Scottish Agate Large Brooch with Kite Mark

A spectacular antique Victorian Scottish agate large brooch features engraved sterling silver four polished Aberdeen granite grey /pink and six various bright colour stones, amethyst citrine and ruby red faceted stones in a prong setting, the beautiful brooch comes in a highly polished sterling silver original C clasp and a kile mark on the base, the mark is not very clear to date the brooch but I think the mark is from 1842 - 1867?
