Through long summer days, surf beats on pristine white beaches, while shore-side breezes ripple across the landscape. 100% of proceeds to Gladrags Community Costume Resources, a unique Brighton charity providing costumes to local theatres, community groups, schools and health & wellbeing projects at subsidised rates.

We also run our own projects within communities experiencing disadvantage, including storytelling and dress-up activities, sewing workshops and reminiscence sessions. Most items have not been extensively worn or hired out; many have been donated to us and are genuinely vintage where stated.

All items are clean and from a smoke-free environment. Gladrags is run by volunteers with varying hours.
