This is an antique ladle made from solid sterling silver. The end is hallmarked but the date letter is worn completely. It is an Edinburgh hallmark with maker's mark PG and a King George head. He was making this sort of flatware about 1825 and into the Victorian period too.

But this is Georgian period. Please see pictures provided for more details and visual confirmation of condition.

Normal signs of age and use wear including surface scuffs etc. 13 inches x 4 inches x 1 and a 1/4 inch deep bowl. My stock ref : ESK38-522 box. Scale is usually an English 1 penny coin which is 20mm in diameter which is just short of 7/8ths of an inch in diameter, or a universal Coke can, and we all know how big those are. In the title or description it means.
