LARGE Stg. Silver Scottish Iona Brooch Alexander Ritchie c. 1960s Prioress Anna

This is a LARGE fabulous sterling silver celtic brooch from Iona c. 1960s - in good condition with beautiful design - approx. Size 43mms in diameter weighing 14.4 grams. This brooch is stamped " Scotland ", "Sterling" and "DB" for Hamish Dawson Bowman who produced examples of Alexander Ritchie designs. This design was named after Prioress Anna MacLean of Iona who died in 1543.
