Orkney Ortak SWAN Brooch Sterling Scottish silver Vintage c1980s Malcolm Gray

This is a sterling silver Orkney SWAN brooch from Scotland - in good condition with beautiful detailed design weighing 6.5 grams - size 28mms in diameter. This brooch is stamped with makers mark "MG" for Malcolm Gray of Ortak on Orkney. The brooch is also stamped for sterling silver but unable to read clearly so also tested as sterling silver as were all these brooches.
