This is a sterling silver Orkney brooch from Scotland and is in very condition with beautiful modernist serpant design hallmarked for 1994 Edinburgh - size 36mms x 35mms with locking clasp weighing 9.2 grams - stamped with "OMG" as made by Orkney silversmith Ola Gorie although originally this design was made by George Malcolm Smith from Shetland before it was taken over by Ola Gorie.
