Sheila McDonald Silver Enamel & Gold Brooch London 1997 Renowned Scottish Artist

Stunningly beautiful brooch by Sheila McDonald, the renowned Scottish enamel specialist. The depth of colour seen in the blue & teal enamel work is exceptional; so, too, is the gold leaf and wirework to create the tassels of the design, all set on a heavy Sterling silver base.

This piece was created in 1997 in London where Sheila worked at the time, having previously studied at the Royal Academy of Art. I will include a box.
