A rare possibly unique hand made solid sterling silver drinking bowl, also termed a mazer. It is hallmarked for Edinburgh 1987 with the makers marks being those of the designer C F Coyley of Dorset. It has a polished hardwood base with plannished silver rim and inset silver disc engraved with the Shell Oil Company emblem and a stately building I do not know which, it looks rather like Mansion House or the Bank of England? It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs.
