Superb Scottish Sterling Silver Thistle Brooch Agate & Citrine Joseph Cook & Son. For your consideration is a superb Scottish Sterling silver brooch.

This highly decorative scalloped edged example features a central thistle with citrine flower head surrounded by different coloured agates. This piece is presented in very good vintage condition displaying minor signs of use commensurate with age. There is some tarnishing present as well as light surface scratches. To the reverse are Birmingham hallmarks for Joseph Cook & Son and date letter'B' for 1926.

The brooch is approximately 40mm in diameter and weighs 12.6g.
