Victorian Scottish Engraved Silver &Malachite Crescent & Round Cabochon Brooch

Victorian 1880's Scottish Silver &Malachite Brooch. A Scottish beautifully, decoratively, etched silver with lightly polished natural malachite agates brooch. It has been set in a circular crescent & round cabochon pattern. There are No hallmarks which was normal in this period, tests as silver. Simple C clasp and tube pin (4 cms) hinge in full working order. 2ins (5cms) approx in diameter in a doughnut shape. A rare pattern and quite beautiful!
