This pendant has been professionally cleaned and polished, it's ready to wear or to give as a gift. This item, along with the others in our Dear Rose, With Love shop, has been hand selected by us, for you. We sell only estate, vintage, and antique items - which means we only ever have one of each piece. The pieces of jewellery offered by us are old treasures, and we rarely find two identical.

Once each piece has gone, it's truly gone, and you will likely never find another! Our photographs have been taken with a magnified macro lens to show you every tiny detail. This often means that any flaws or damage which you can see on the item in the photos, will not appear as visible in person when viewed normally with the eye. This can also mean that the item can appear larger on the screen than it is in person, so please be sure to read our written description to clarify all sizes and dimensions. All of the boxes shown in our photos are for display only, and are not included in the sale.

However, please rest assured that we do package your item lovingly, with new attractive packaging. Your jewellery will always be sent well wrapped, secure and protected from damage. Due to this, any messages with offers will not be responded to. Most of the jewellery we sell is collectable and classed as vintage or antique (vintage means they are older than 20 years, antique means older than 100 years).

Please note that ALL vintage and pre-owned items will have some sort of age related wear to them. Minimal age related wear adds to the charm of the piece and reflects its interesting history. We provide descriptions which include the sizes and dimensions of the item, and use of descriptive pictures from a variety of angles. All items are tested and verfiied, and are exactly as we describe them.

Please note it is common for antique pieces to not have hallmarks, but we tests all metals and guarantee our findings. Please note that pictures and photographs on the internet can sometimes give a misleading look to the colour and size, etc, depending on screen settings. Please make sure you read the description to be clear about the item specifics. All vintage items are cleaned and sanitised before we sell them. However, for your own piece of mind we suggest that on arrival of your order you use your own method of sanitising at home before wearing your new pieces.

Vintage goods need to be carefully looked after to retain their beauty. We can not be held liable for any defect in the goods arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, accident and/or negligence. We cannot accept liability for goods that go missing or are damaged in transit.

Damaged goods in the post must be reported to Dear Rose, With Love within 24 hours of arrival of the goods (within 24 hours of your signature for the parcel). After this time we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported. If you notice damage to the parcel prior to signing for it, then please do not sign for it and have it redirected back to us by the return address on the parcel.
