The brooch measures two inches in diameter and is all made of solid silver. The brooch is quite unusual but just such quality as you would expect from this quality maker and is designed as a brooch with a lovely typical celtic design, but also cleverly is designed as a scarf clip as well and this is a good strong example of these. On the back it has a pin and rolling Cclasp working well and has a full set of scottish hallmarks for Edinburgh, silver & 1990 and also the makers mark for the fabulous renowned scottish orkney silversmith ola gorie.
