Vintage Scottish Silver & Amethyst Large Iona Luckenbooth Brooch John Hart 1960

Very beautiful, vintage silver large Iona Luckenbooth brooch by John Hart. Beautifully engraved and designed with a central sparkling pale lavender coloured amethyst surrounded by three incised hearts. Stamped IONA and fully hallmarked for Glasgow 1960 with makers mark for John Hart. Beautiful vintage condition no visible surface wear to the silver or the amethyst a tiny bit of distortion to the end of the pin lovely secure clasp. A very fine example of these popular Scottish brooches.
